| Home | Bengals originated from the breeding of domestic cats with Asian Leopard Cats, a species of small, forest-dwelling wildcats. The first three generations are considered to be 'foundation cats', and it is only at the fourth or 'F4' generation away from a hybrid that they are considered domestic Bengals. Bengals are outgoing, active, confident, affectionate cats, and a complete joy to own.
